2015/2016 ADVERTISING SHELTERS/MAPS & WEBSITE
2015/2016 Advertising ___________________________________________________________________
Greetings from the Moose Mountain Snowmobile Club. We are a non-profit group of volunteers who organize and maintain 321 Km of Provincially regulated snowmobile trails around the Moose Mountain region. We are called a club but really we are an association that makes sure all trails are set up and maintained each winter. Each season we look after the grooming equipment, trail grooming, signing (to provincial standards) and field staking the trails. With 321Km of trail our volunteers put up around 6500 field stakes each year and remove them when the trails close at the end of March.
We look after the trails between the following communities: Carlyle, Arcola, Kisbey, Stoughton, north to Corning , from Windthorst the trail continues north into the Pipestone Valley then back south to Kipling and south back to Kenosee Lake through the Provincial Park. Throughout the Moose Mountain region we also look after 7 warm up shelters. Our trails intersect at many points with other provincial clubs including, Estevan Snowmobile Club, Souris River Snowmobile club from Weyburn, Grenfell Snow Drifters, Broadview Snow Busters and South East SASK. Stubble Jumpers based out of Alida. This is a great trail system that brings many locals out throughout the winter and also draws many tourists to the area from all over Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the northern United States. On average over 17000 snowmobiles are registered in Saskatchewan alone.
This season we would like to ask if you would advertise and promote your business with us to the snowmobiling community. The cost for 2015-16 is $200.00 plus 5% GST for a total of $210.00. The standard package includes: a 3 ¼” X 2 ¼” advertisement on 1000 maps, a 12” X 16” sign in one of our 7 warm up shelters and a spot on the web page. We will also issue you our famous Moose logo decal for your businesses doorway. The maps are distributed to all shelters within our region plus gas stations and other business locations.
(*We can also sell you a larger advertisement package and website area if you would like something larger than our standard size set up.)
